You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If confirmed, we will help with a replacement, refund, or return shipping solution.
Natural Material Variation
Stone pattern, wood grain, horn tone, pearl surface, bead size variation, and small handmade differences are part of natural and handcrafted pieces. These are not considered defects unless the item is structurally damaged or materially different from what was ordered.
