Follow your order after it ships.
Your tracking number is sent by email after your order has shipped. Tracking can take a few business days to update, especially for international parcels.
Tracking Tools
You can paste your tracking number into a global tracking tool such as 17Track, Parcels App, or AfterShip.
Tracking Not Updating?
It is normal for international tracking to pause between carrier handoffs. If tracking has not updated after 7 business days, contact us and we will help investigate.
No Tracking Email Yet?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find it within 5 business days of ordering, contact us with your order number.
